Tommi Grover is managing director and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. In addition, he is commissioning editor for the Bilingual Education and Bilingualism and Parents' and Teachers' Guides series. He is also the contact for distributors and agents.

Sarah Williams is production manager and the contact for all queries relating to the management of typesetting, printing, binding, freelance copy-editing and proof-reading. She is also commissioning editor for the Tourism and Cultural Change series.

Anna Roderick is editorial director and commissioning editor for the following series: Languages in Intercultural Communication and Education, New Writing Viewpoints, Critical Language and Literacy Studies, Linguistic Diversity and Language Rights, New Perspectives on Language & Education, Child Language and Child Development, Multilingual Matters,Topics in Translation, Second Language Acquisition and MM Textbooks. Anna is also the contact for permissions requests and foreign rights enquiries and is the first contact for new projects. 

Elinor Robertson is marketing manager and the contact for all matters relating to marketing and publicity, including review copies, conference attendance, advertising and the website. She is also the commissioning editor for the Aspects of Tourism and Aspects of Tourism Texts series. 

Laura Longworth is publishing assistant and our newest member of staff.
